Vegetable juices and smoothies are always a great way of using up left over vegetables in your fridge. One of my favourite juices is this Spinach, lemon and celery juice, which is a great alternative to eating salad all the time and very filling.
Ingredients [Serves 1]
Half a bag of spinach leaves
2 Celery stalks
- Wash the spinach leaves.
- Half the lemon and squeeze the juice into the blender.
- Chop celery stalks to shorter lengths
- Chop cucumber into smaller pieces.
- Add all the above ingredients into the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
…. Pour the juice into a glass and Enjoy!
